2023 Kia K5

For the 2023 model year, the Kia K5 comes in five trim levels: LXS FWD, GT-Line FWD, GT-Line AWD, EX, and GT. The entry-level LXS FWD comes with a smart trunk and 16-inch alloy wheels. The GT-Line FWD trim adds 18-inch gloss-black machined-finish alloy wheels, exclusive GT-Line styling details, LED taillights, and fog lights. The EX trim comes with sound-absorbing front door window glass, a power sunshade, a panoramic sunroof, and 18-inch alloy wheels with a gray machined finish. Under the hood, the first four Kia K5 trims are powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 180 horsepower and 196 pound-feet of torque. This engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission that has a manual mode for an in-control and athletic feeling. If you want a little extra power, the GT comes with a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that generates an impressive 290 horsepower and 311 pound-feet of torque. This engine pairs with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The Kia K5 has front-wheel drive as the standard setup for all trims except the GT-Line AWD, which comes with all-wheel drive. Car buyers can choose to enhance the other K5 trims with all-wheel drive.
