This engine is matched with an eight-speed automatic transmission and comes standard with a front-wheel-drive system, though all-wheel drive is available for all trim levels. This all-wheel-drive system offers multiple drive modes that allow you to fine-tune how your SUV takes on the road ahead. The Telluride can tow up to 5,000 pounds.

Cabin Configurations

You’ll find seating for up to eight passengers in the Telluride. If you choose a model equipped with captain’s chairs in the second row, this passenger capacity is lowered to seven to give the middle row more room to relax in.

If you need to load gear and groceries into your Telluride, you can do so in the 21 cubic feet of cargo volume behind the third row. If you fold down the 50/50-split third row, you can increase this cargo space to 46 cubic feet. With the second row folded down, you’ll get up to 87 cubic feet to pack longer items.
